Key responsibilities : - Handle customer inquiries / requests by telephone, chat and email.- Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Promoteour products in every interaction. - Follow up customer inquirieswhen necessary. - Willingness to go the extra mile towards thecustomers & with focus on providing solutions.
  • Identify,research, analyze and resolve customer complaints. - Identifyopportunities to improve customer experience and processes.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevantdeviations from the transport plan (ocean and inland), includingpotential solutions or alternatives.
  • Work independently andassist the team in realizing goals and standards share knowledgesand best practices. We are looking for : - Bachelor’s degree inLogistics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3years of relevant customer service experience. - Previousexperience in shipping / logistics and reefer cargo is highlypreferred.
  • An excellent team player. - Able to work underpressure keeping quality in focus. - Good Process understanding&digital proficiency.
  • Energetic, Well-organized, andSelf-Initiated. - Analytical and problem-solving skills - ExcellentStakeholder management-,interpersonal-, and communication-skills -Strong execution mindset - Strong Cost conscious and optimizationmindset - Speaks and reads fluently English desired, medium levelacceptable.
